Located in the heart of Agartala, Bagmara, Surjomoni Nagar, Opposite Tripura University, Maa Usha Chatri Niwas is a safe, supportive, and affordable hostel exclusively for girl students. Established in October 2020, the Niwas is a living tribute to Late Mrs. Usha Rani Roy, whose life was dedicated to compassion, education, and empowerment of women.

Managed by the Maa Usha Charitable Trust, located at Agartala ,Tripura the hostel is designed to help young women pursue their academic dreams with dignity, comfort, and care.

Maa Usha Chatri Niwas was founded in memory of Late Mrs. Usha Rani Roy, a woman who believed in the transformative power of education—especially for girls. Her values live on through this hostel, built not just with bricks, but with purpose and love.

The Niwas was inaugurated in October 2020 under the guidance of Maa Usha Charitable Trust. Our aim is to support girl students—especially those from rural or underprivileged backgrounds—with a secure and motivating environment during their academic journey.
